Approximately 4.8% of those subject to drug and alcohol testing will test positive. Before these employees may return to safety sensitive duty, they must be evaluated by a SAP. Curo Aeger provides the following SAP services:   Face to face assessment   Referral to education and/or treatment as recommended   Case management to determine compliance   Face to face follow up assessment   All reports as required by the Department of Transportation   Facilitation of the Return to Duty process   Follow up testing recommendations In addition, Curo Aeger provides the following related services to ensure that DOT requirements are met:   Employee Trainings   Supervisory Trainings   Policy review All SAPs in the Curo Aeger network meet the qualification requirements as dictated by the Department of Transportation in 49 CFR Part 40, Subsection O.
